• Complimentary consultation

• One final planning meeting (4–6 weeks before the wedding)

• Personalized wedding day timeline

• Vendor confirmations and coordination

• Ceremony rehearsal coordination (if scheduled)

• Up to 10 hours of wedding day coordination

• Management of ceremony and reception timeline

• Troubleshooting any problems that arise

• Primary point of contact for vendors and the wedding party

• Wedding day emergency kit

  Additional Hours Available $75 per hour.
